Vanessa Ray was an American model, actress and singer who appeared on television series and movies such as Suits. The beginning of her career, Vanessa Ray played minor or occasional parts on stage as well as in television shows. Her most prominent role was in the soap drama As the World turns. The show was about medical as well as legal careers. Her role became famous due to her portrayal of Jenny Griffith in Suits, the legal drama. Harvey Specter, a lawyer in the show, along with Mike his assistant solved the cases. The show received praise from critics and won multiple accolades. Her other works include Blue Bloods, a police drama. It received mostly favorable feedback. Ray was also in several films, including Not Waving But Drowning and The Rumperbutts.
